Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Head of Demand Generation to lead the next phase of our growth journey, from $22M to $100M in revenue. As employee ~#70 at one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and manage a team of high-performing marketers.

Our company provides a privacy-first data platform that enables healthcare organizations to use customer data while remaining HIPAA-compliant. We are fully remote within the U.S., backed by top investors, and growing rapidly following key regulatory shifts in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale our demand generation engine to drive pipeline growth across the healthcare enterprise TAM.
  • Develop and execute account-based strategies that fuel multi-channel campaigns.
  • Partner closely with sales teams (SDRs and AEs) to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team across ABM, digital, and vertical marketing.
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies using segmentation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leverage marketing technology and analytics to gain a competitive edge.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience leading demand generation at a B2B SaaS startup scaling from ~$10M to $50M+ in revenue.
  • Proven track record owning pipeline targets and delivering enterprise-level campaigns (≥$100k ACV).
  • Strong account-based marketing and go-to-market strategy experience.
  • Data-oriented and tech-savvy, with a growth mindset.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional leader with the ability to influence across departments.
