Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, you will not only execute traditional SDR activities but also help shape the strategic direction of the sales function. This role is in-person at our San Francisco HQ, 5 days a week.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to top Silicon Valley investors and tech executives, working directly with leadership and receiving mentorship from experienced sales and marketing leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound qualification.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing on outbound campaigns.
  • Generate new ideas to drive lead generation and sales opportunities.
  • Become a product expert and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain and update accurate records within the CRM system.


Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter attitude and high sense of urgency.
  • High levels of hustle and grit.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and success.
  • Deep interest in understanding business challenges.

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing and/or sales roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
  • Comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools and processes.
